He was granted by the Department of Science and Education to collaborate with the Department of System Engineering of the University of Seville. In 2010 he received a Msc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, where he collaborates with the partnership Bionic Vision Australia. Nowadays, he develops his career at the Virgen del Rocío University Hospital, Sevilla, Spain.

He has been technical researcher for 4 years in this university, focusing on assistive products helping the inclusion of disabled people in leisure, learning and other environments. Nowadays he is a Ph.D. student working on orientation and mobility
aids for the blind and low vision people.
