Former Braille Technician on Bibliographic Services, he has worked as an Instructor on Braille and Assistive Technologies for the blind or visually impaired in ONCE-CIDAT since 1997, where he carries out product evaluation as well as analysis of the documentation and localization of those devices for possible use by the blind and visually impaired.
For the last few years, he has also evaluated different Daisy book reading systems. He participates as Advisor in the Daisy Steering Group within ONCE

Since 2002, he has been an Instructor on the production of Digital Daisy Talking Books, recognised by the International Daisy Consortium.
He participates as Advisor in the Daisy Steering Group within ONCE.
Instructor in the production of Daisy Talking Books, both in tools and in production processes, he has imparted training courses for technicians from different countries, both in Spain and Latin America.
Speaker at various international technical conferences, such as Daisy Technical Conference held in Leipzig (Germany) in 2009.
His work comprises monitoring the production system of Digital Talking Books, adapting to new technologies and instructing on the use of new production tools.
